East Suburban Citizen Advocacy (ESCA) is an organization that advocates for individuals who have a developmental disability. If you have a loved one or know of someone that has a developmental disability which includes cerebral palsy, autism, down syndrome, intellectual disability etc. Supporting us with a donation helps us to ensure that they are heard, treated appropriately,
We help people who are in school people who are just getting diagnosed figure out what to do and what systems are out there. What supports? Are out there we help with employment and transition into adulthood again? With services. And information that. You may need. We also help with adulthood and the types of things you run into that can be confusing or where you may feel that people are. Not listening to you because of your disability.
ESCA is a quality of life advocacy. We look at the whole person and the social determinants of life and work on many issues to help the individual with all concerns.
